• Security Deposit: $500 (Fully refundable 24-48 hours after departure)
• Payment Terms: 50% of the accommodation fee is required to secure your reservation. The balance will be split into 2 installments, payable 60 and 30 days prior to arrival.
  For your protection, all invoicing is processed through PayPal. We do not accept credit cards or personal checks directly.  
• Cancellation Policy: 100% refundable up to 30 days prior to arrival
  50% refundable up to 14 days prior to arrival
  NOTE: A 5% Processing Fee will be deducted from all cancellation refunds
