You're never more than a short walk from the beautiful sands of Miramar Beach. But during our peak season, Emerald Shores provides a FREE shuttle service that runs the length of our community. 

Head over to one of the designated stops (signs are posted), or wave at the driver for a pickup. We're pretty casual here and our friendly drivers will even drop you right at our driveway!

The final stop on the shuttle route is at Leeward Keys, across from our private beach entrance.  (Tips are not required but always appreciated)

When you stay at Emerald Shores, you'll be able to enjoy TWO community pools. Each pool offers lounge chairs, umbrella tables, and restrooms.

The South pool is located just two houses from Serendipity.  This pool has ample space to lounge and soak in the Florida sunshine! Pack a lunch and gather under the umbrella at one of the picnic tables or take a nap lounging poolside.

(For your enjoyment, this pool is heated during the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays, as well as Spring Break)

The North pool is just a short walk from our house! This pool is perfect for a quieter experience. We often see vacationers napping in the lounge chairs!

(For your enjoyment, this pool is heated seasonally, October through April)

On the north side of our community you'll find a tennis/pickleball court and a basketball half-court. These courts are located right across from the north pool. Bring your tennis or pickleball gear and enjoy a little friendly competition with friends!

This gated area offers parking adjacent to the court and is a first-come, first-served amenity.

Just a short walk from our house (est. 5-7 min walk) is the entry point to the exclusive private beach of Emerald Shores.
Use your personal code to enter the gated beach pavilion, professionally run by La Dolce Vita and the Emerald Shores HOA. Open seasonally, the pavilion includes a full-service snack bar, picnic tables, rinse showers, and bathroom facilities. There's also room to store your beach wagon or bikes while you're enjoying the beach!

FUN FACT:  We're the only community in Miramar Beach that has a private full-service beach pavilion! 

Beach Setup rentals are provided through La Dolce Vita. Call ahead to reserve your setups or check in with our dedicated beach attendant upon arrival.

The Emerald Shores snack bar is open seasonally (mid-May through mid-October) and provides a variety of refreshing drinks and light snacks.
Grab a seat at the counter and catch up on a ball game on the TV or just enjoy the shaded ambiance of our picnic tables.
